Silent Auction
What a great way to get a head start on your holiday shopping! Family Bags are back again this year, filled with great themes from kids crafts and games to family movie night to golf getaways. You're sure to find something for everyone on your gift list!
The Silent Auction opens at 5:00 and closes at 7:00. There are 3 sections with 3 different closing times:
1st closing: 6:30
2nd closing: 6:45
3rd closing: 7:00
Don't be late ..once a section closes it's closed!!
Family Bags
You will have a chance to view and bid on the creative and fun Family Bags that our SJF Families put together. Family Bags are the easiest holiday shopping you’ll ever do. There are all kind of themes from kids crafts to golf getaways…You’ll be sure to find a bag for a great deal.
Super Silent Items
The Super Silent is a section within the Silent Auction which has premium packages for bid. These are HOT items with amazing values.
How to place a bid
It’s easy to make a bid on something at the silent auction. Simply put your Family name and Auction Number (you’ll be given this when you arrive) on the form next to the item you are bidding on. Keep a close eye on it! Other people may try to outbid you. Keep adding your name to the list. The winner will be the person whose name is the last on the list with the highest bid.
Easel Parties
Easel Parties are hosted by SJF Families, Parishioners and Friends. They are held throughout the year and are specific themes. Some of our favorites are back again, Martini Mama's, as well as several first appearances. Don't be late these fill up quickly!
How do you join or be part of a party? Sign your name on the sign-up list posted on the Easel at the silent auction. When you sign up, you are committing to be part of this party, and you will pay at the end of the evening with your other purchases. Check out this year's HOT Easel Parties
