Oral Auction

When you arrive and register you’ll be given your auction packet. In your packet is:

  • 2011 Oral Auction Catalog The catalog will be posted on this website two weeks prior to the auction. But keep an eye out for featured "Sneak Peek" items via email, flyers and website.
  • Your specific Auction Number Card

Don’t be Intimidated

First time to an Oral Auction? Sometimes the big ticket items go first and it can be a bit overwhelming to see the prices popping up, but don’t worry. There are items of all ranges you can bid on in the oral auction.  But even if you just make a small donation, it is greatly appreciated.

Dinner is served

Dinner is served at 7:00, and the oral auction begins at 7:30. It’s a fun and social event. But don’t get carried away talking to your dinner neighbor or you may miss out on the item you want to bid on!

Patron Tables

What’s a Patron table? It’s a great way to make your tax free contribution AND get the best seats in the house the night of the event. It only costs $1,000 per table and seats 10. Patrons receive 4 bottles of wine, special appetizers at the table, party favors and recognition in the auction catalog. Contact us if you are interested in purchasing a patron table.

Class Packages

These items will be put up for Auction during Oral Auction. The items will be displayed in the dining hall prior to starting the Oral Auction so be sure to check them out up close. You will also see a listing and detail of the times on your table. Class packages are listed in the auction catalog as are the art projects.  They will be on display the night of the event.
