1. When is the Auction?

2. Do we need to dress up for the Auction?

Looking good is what it's all about! Dress is semi formal or cocktail attire. Feel free to use it as an excuse to buy that new dress or dust off the old suit.

3. Do we have to go to the Auction?

No. But you'll be missing out on some amazing deals, great food and all around good time

4. If you go to the Auction, do you have buy something?

No. But there are a large variety of items at all different price levels making the auction affordable to everyone.

5. How much is a ticket for the Auction Dinner?

$50 per person or $1000 for a patron table that seats 10.

6. Can non-SJF families attend the Auction Dinner?

Absolutely -- it's encouraged!

7. What is a Family Bag?

When you signup for a Family Bag, you'll be given a durable decorative white shopping bag with handles. The goal is to fill the bag with goodies totaling $50+. The bags generally have a theme such as: Bag of Family Fun, Chief's Delight, Movie & Popcorn Night etc...The items you wish to contribute do not literally need to fit in the bag. Larger items can be provided along with the bag.

8. What types of items are in the Family Bags?

Most bags are built around a theme i.e. Coffee Lovers, Breakfast in Bed, Family Movie Night, Book Lovers etc. Don't worry about literally fitting your items in the bag provided. If you have something that is bigger than the bag, we will display it properly at the Silent Auction.

9. Do I have to do a Family Bag

No, but they are a lot of fun to put together and a great way to support the auction.

10. Do I have to be present to win the Raffle?

No.

11. If I want to sit with a specific family at the dinner can I pre-arrange that?

Yes, please indicate on your reply card who you would like to sit with. If you really want a good seat, consider purchasing a Patron Table. Contact us for details.

12. If I want to come to Silent Auction but not the Oral auction, do I have to pay the full dinner amount?

No, the silent auction is open to anyone, admission is free.

13. How will I know if I win a Silent Auction item?

After all sections of the Silent Auction have been closed you can go to the Auction Checkout to see if you won any items. If you choose to leave before the end of the auction, you will be notified by phone or email if you were a winner.

14. I have items I wan t to donate. Who do I give them to?

All donated items must be accompanied by an Auction Contract. Contracts are due Oct 15th. Please drop off physical items at the Parish Hall beginning Nov 2nd after 2pm and all day Nov. 3rd
